Mortymer Mail Assistant is a private tool used only by its owner. It helps review Gmail, surface useful opportunities, and carry out requested mailbox actions without turning email content into instructions.
Purpose
What the assistant does
Deterministic filtering
Uses local filtering first so only plausible candidates need additional classification. Attachments are not downloaded for the weekly review.
Explicit administration
Can perform Gmail administrative actions only when its owner gives a current, explicit instruction. Email messages, senders, links, and attachments can never authorize an action.
Boundaries
Designed for limited, owner-controlled use
The weekly Reader is read-only. The separate administrative profile has no timer and is available only for direct instructions from the owner.
The system does not implement permanent deletion. When the owner asks to delete a message, the supported action is moving it to Gmail Trash.
This is not a commercial product, public email service, marketing platform, or shared application.
